🌲 A Heartfelt Farewell & A New Beginning 🌟  

 From all of us at Evergreen Tree Farm, thank you.

As we approach the final stretch of this incredible chapter, we want to express our deepest gratitude. For over 20 years, Evergreen Tree Farm has been more than just a tree farm—it’s been a place of tradition, laughter, and cherished memories. And for over three wonderful years, our family has been truly honored to serve as tenant farmers on this beautiful land.

We poured our hearts into nurturing the fields, cultivating the land, and growing something more than trees—we grew a community. Through agrotourism, seasonal events, and shared celebrations, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming so many of you into this special place.

An Unexpected Turn   In March we received news that the out-of-town landowner has decided to sell the property. While this means the farm has now officially closed, the spirit of Evergreen lives on in every memory made here.

 Introducing: Encounter Events We’ve rebranded with a fresh new name, but our heart remains the same. We’ll continue to offer the workshops, weddings, and special events you’ve come to love—now with even more creativity and inspiration!

📍 Our New Event Venues: We’re excited to host events at two beautiful locations:

Speedside United Church – Wellington Rd 22 & 29 Rockwood (short 2km from our previous location)

Ariss Valley Golf & Country Club - 5700 Wellington Rd 86, Ariss (Offering both indoor and outdoor event spaces!)
